Midwest Local Business Directory provides digital services, including directory listings, listing upgrades, advertising placements, featured placements, and related online visibility services.
Due to the nature of digital services, no refunds are offered or available once a purchase has been completed.
By purchasing any listing, upgrade, advertising placement, featured spot, or other digital service from Midwest Local Business Directory, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All sales are final.
- No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to lack of results, changes in your business needs, early cancellation, or failure to provide or update your listing information.
- It is your responsibility to review the service description, pricing, and term length before completing your purchase.
If there is a technical issue with how your listing or advertisement is displayed on our site, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue, but this does not entitle you to a refund.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to consider a goodwill adjustment or extension of service time in rare circumstances, but this does not create any obligation to provide refunds or credits in the future.
